Purchasing in the pre-construction phase ensures that you are purchasing at the lowest possible price for the project. For Mode, there will be significant savings incentives for those who purchase prior to the onset of construction! Furthermore, condominium prices in new developments typically rise throughout the building and selling cycle of the project, increasing value for owners even before they move into their new home!
In addition to cost savings there is also increased choice…the sooner you make the decision to purchase your Mode Tache Condominium, the better your chance of getting exactly your desired unit type and location. Purchasing early also provides homeowners with the opportunity to customize their new condominium with the style of flooring, cabinetry, countertops and other finishes they most prefer.
